I heard the news of Mr. LaLanne’s passing Sunday night through a Facebook friend and it got me thinking, I wouldn’t be here if it
I’m not perfect, I’m not trying to be perfect either. It’s been easier at other times of the year but right now it’s been extremely difficult to stay away from cookies, bread, chocolate, etc.
Shaun T said at the end of the DVD: “When you feel like you love me and you hate me, just take the hate out and love me and love yourself” I said in response “I FREAKING LOVE YOU!!!”
