Overnight Oatmeal

Overnight oatmeal is SO simple to make that even your little ones can help in the process.

1/2 cup raw oats (we love Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free oats)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (you can also use coconut milk)
2 tbsp fresh berries
Almond chunks

In a canning jar, place the oats, almond (or coconut) milk, top with the berries and add the almond chunks. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours. Your oatmeal will be ready to eat the next morning. There is no need to add any sugar to this recipe because the natural sugars from the berries you add will sweeten it. You can also create your own recipe, use mango, banana or peaches. Top with unsweetened shredded coconut. This is my daughter’s favorite breakfast 🙂
