Homemade Granola

I have made it a point to make my 5 year old’s snacks from scratch after thinking about how there are so many crackers and things that are processed out there and I want to have  a say on what she eats. So I made this  homemade granola recipe it’s SO easy, I can’t help but share:

3 cups Bob’s Red Mill gluten free oats (raw)
1/2 cup raw agave syrup
1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup organic dry cranberries.  You can also use cherries, blueberries or any other fruit
1/2 cup oat flour (I separated about 3/4 cup of rolled outs and blended it in a flour consistency, I measured 1/2 cup and used tht)
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
3/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees,  mix all the ingredients together and bake for about 30 – 40 minutes until golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!
