Day 3 – 87 days of RevAbs left – CRAPAROO!

Yes, you heard it, Craparoo! A 35 minute interval workout that really squeezed the last bit of energy from my body. I am covered in sweat and loving every bit of it. I stuck with it, even though at moments I thought I wouldn’t be able to and had difficulty keeping up at the same pace as the DVD; as a matter of fact, I fell behind on some of the exercises. The freaking squat thrust kicked my butt big time, not once, not twice but every single time. I have several more weeks to master it and you bet I will! Thank goodness I received my shipment of Shakeology today, I don’t think I would have had the energy to keep up with the workout without it.

One thing is for sure, I will have a nice restful night, an added benefit of exercising.
