NOPE! The answer is “Definitely NOT!” I didn’t quit, as a matter of fact we just started week 3 of the plan and it now introduced new exercises, DVD’s that I had not tried yet and exercises that were extremely challenging, but hey, it is P90X after all, right?
Yesterday afternoon we did the Core Syngergistics DVD, it introduces a bunch of poses that include free weights, strength training, yoga poses that involve the core muscles. Once again, I was kicked on the butt multiple times. Ah yes, I was sweating like crazy and my body felt extremely tired at the end. But I felt good and slept really well last night. It’s been so interesting to see how well I have been sleeping since I started this program.
