OK so today was a crazy busy day. I received a translation to do (which I love), I had a business webinar, plus several other things besides my normal stuff (university homework, blogging, eating dinner, playing with my daughter, giving her a bath and putting her to bed). I am finally now winding down and feeling a bit tired, but my energy level has been up all day. I know that it’s not a coincidence and it has everything to do with my workouts in the morning. That being said, I do take a little nap on the bus on my way to and from work (as do all of the other passengers in the bus). My skinny jeans are starting to feel a little loose around the waist. I haven’t lost weight but I am gaining muscle. I honestly never thought that at 42 I would be in the best shape of my life. It feels great!
So tomorrow I have to wake up again at 4:30 am, we have our “long” workout tomorrow and even though I protest when I first have to get up, I remind myself why I do this and knowing that I never, ever want to go back to how I felt 5 months ago, that keeps me inspired and motivated to “keep pushing play” 🙂
Beachbody has the best workout programs and I am SO thankful for the transformation I have had in my life. I am never, ever turning back.
