I LOVE sweet potatoes and I absolutely love, love LOVE sweet potato fries. I am of the belief that we can modify any treat we want into a healthier and much more delicious treat. So I decided this week that I’d experiment a bit and created these healthy curried sweet potato fries with a delicious creamy garlic turmeric dip.
