Yes, I did it! I started to take my old clothes and shoes out of the closet. My very favorite shoes in the whole world, my beautiful stilettos that I had not been able to wear for about 3 years (I got pregnant and then gained weight so the extra weight made it hard to wear them). Yes! Today I took them out of my closet, cleaned them and wore them for the first time in 3 years! What were you thinking? I caught your eye, didn’t I? 🙂
Now seriously, I am wearing a size 5 dress. I had to give up my dragon pants because they no longer fit and all in how many days??? 74 days?? Is that something attainable? Heck yeah! If I could do it, anyone can. I told a dear friend of mine (my soul sister), “you know, it took me longer to make up my mind about doing this than it did to actually do it and lose the weight” it’s funny how that works, isn’t it? Well yes, 74 days and I’m pretty fit. It may take you a little longer to reach your goal but you will start to see results very quickly and I promise you that once you start to see your results you won’t want to stop.
