Clean Eating Creamy Avocado Dressing




  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tbsp chopped red onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
  • 2 tbsp non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp finely chopped jalapeño (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 lemons
  • 1/4 cup water


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more water if it’s too thick.


  • For Lemons, make sure you choose smooth, shiny skin which tend to be the juiciest. If you don’t want the dressing to be too spicy, you can remove the seeds on the jalapeño or simply omit it altogether.
