As many of the readers of my blog know by now, I love yoga. Those stretching exercises that will add flexibility and strength to your whole body. Not only that, but each uncomfortable pose will train your mind to not think too much, to be calm and more importantly to be present. It is no wonder to me, that more and more pregnant women are practicing yoga and that even my wonderful ObGyn told my husband and I that it was important that I practice yoga during my pregnancy.
