Hi Shadi, thanks for writing. 

It&#039;s two separate processes. You cook the quinoa first with water. Once quinoa is completely cooked (which takes about 20 minutes), then you can add the other ingredients and serve. :) If you want, you can prepare the quinoa the night before, refrigerate and then the next day warm it up with a bit of almond or coconut milk and add the toppings of your choice. What I love about it is that it&#039;s quick and yummy.]]></description>
