Isn&#039;t it? You know this physical transformation I have been going through actually has done wonders for me, it has made me really look at myself in a whole different viewpoint and really be authentic about the process. It wasn&#039;t easy for me on some days to get up and workout, it still isn&#039;t. I try to focus on what works, but that sometimes isn&#039;t easy either. So I do my best and find a balance while learning not to kick myself :)]]></description>
