When I did my first triathlon this year I didn’t care what my time was I was just excited to know that I had done what I had decided to do regardless of any obstacles, I trained hard, I trained when I was tired, when I was cold, when everyone else was sleeping, when I didn’t feel like doing it but I had decided that I was going to do it and I did! I also have to say that I never missed a football game, a restling match, a cheer competition, a softball, volley ball, soccer game but that was my day, my husband, my son and daughter were there cheering for ME!! it was my day and I know that they were proud of me 🙂

There is no ice cream, cookie or cake that will give me the same feeling I felt that day. Now I drank the coolaid and want to keep going and test myself and see what else I am capable of doing!
